St. John's Church is a historic church located in the city of Newark. The red brick and gable roofed building of the church was built in 1827 by Moran and Father Patrick in English Norman Perpendicular style. This church has the distinction of being one of the oldest Catholic churches in the state of New Jersey and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
