Rated 4 out of 5 Nice Place To Stay When Going To SeaWorld & Zoo! Comfortable rooms, friendly & helpful staff, but need to clean your carpets & please offer bacon for breakfast some times! November 6, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 outside appearance is clean. lobby looked good and staff were very friendly and helpful. the room and bathroom was clean. wish had a few more towels w/o requesting for it. the 2nd floor hallway was kinda disappointing. needs to be steam cleaned. and vending machine did not work on the 2nd floor. other than the hallway and the lack of towels. i'd recommend and i would consider going back to this hotel. Rated 4 out of 5 Good Value for the Dollar Hotel establishment undergoing renovation. They are doing a very nice job with the upgrades. We had no complaints at all about our king room. Slept well, mattress was very comfortable. Had both soft and firm pillows. The room was immaculate. The pool and spa were likewise. There is a small fridge and coffee maker in each room. Coin operated laundry on site. Free breakfast, wi-fi and pool towels. Breakfast room crowded very crowded on weekends. Breakfast was nice -- had scrambled eggs and sausage every day, waffle maker, assorted pastries and juices, fruit, yogurt, english muffins, bread, bagels, etc. The toaster needs to be replaced ASAP. On the highest setting, one has to run their bagel or toast through at least 4 times. The parking garage is tight and there is a $10.95 per day charge (going up to $11.95 1/1/15). There is plenty of parking on the street for free. Hotel is on a side street with very little traffic and many opted for this. BEWARE: The free shuttle to area attractions is seasonal, but that was not stated when we booked our room. Happened to look back on their website a week before we went and found they had discontinued it. They need to be clearer about that on their website. Eating establishments and a mall very close by. Overall, it was a good stay and we would book there again. November 3, 2014
