John Hughes' hilarious 1987 road-trip flick, "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles", rolls into town just in time for Thanksgiving. Comedy titans Steve Martin and John Candy play uptight Neal Page and bungling Del Griffith, two polar opposites who are stuck together on a snafu-filled odyssey. The unlikely duo is trying to make it from New York City to Chicago in time for Neal to carve the turkey, but everything that can go wrong does. Perfectly executed physical comedy, brilliantly-delivered dialogue and facepalm-worthy mishaps make for a classic that earned two thumbs up from "Siskel & Ebert" and a 94% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
