One of the most dominant voices in rock music today, Linkin Park has sold millions of records and built a loyal fan base by refusing to fit their sound into an easy-to-define genre. The group's music explores elements of rap and electronica, continually pushing the sonic landscape to forge new territory. The "Carnivores Tour" showcases the group's high-energy performance style and will be co-headlined by fellow rockers Thirty Seconds to Mars (featuring Oscar winner Jared Leto). NorCal melodic hardcore band AFI opens.

When the California-based band Linkin Park burst on the scene in 2000 with its debut album, Hybrid Theory, the group was just another head in the congested pack of nu metal acts. However, as the band matured, it started to drift away from its rap-rock sound and into more easily accessible alternative rock sonic aesthetic.

Steve Byrne is an American stand-up comedian from Pittsburgh. After working a job answering phones at a comedy club in college, he eventually found the courage to step behind the mic himself. Early performances in clubs throughout New York City helped him establish a name for himself, as his accessible brand of witty observational humor quickly found a following. Drawing on his Irish and Korean descent, Byrne often works cultural humor and race relations into the self-deprecating tone of his sets. He's appeared on popular television shows such as Chappelle's Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live in addition to being regularly featured on Comedy Central specials.
