    The Kora Temple building was added to the National Historic Register in 1975 because of its architectural ingenuity. The temple is a historic Masonic building constructed in 1908 by the Ancient Arabic Order, Nobles of the Mystic Shrine. It is a fraternal organisation associated with Freemasonry. The Moorish and Exotic Revival architectural styles of the building were designed by architect George M. Coombs, with elegant and old fashioned interiors. Today, the property is utilized as a ceremonial area and clubhouse for the Shriners.
