International Festival Of Animated Objects
CalgaryMarch 07, 2015
Calgary, AB
This bizarre event boasts the strangest title of all Calgary's biennial festivals. The event is, in a sense, a puppet festival with a difference. Audiences are treated to a diverse schedule of performances by a diverse group of international artists. Events include puppet shows (some suitable for children, others decidedly not so) that feature everything from the simplest 'socks-on-hands' to giant marionettes. There are also workshops and lectures. Ticket prices, venues and showtimes vary; call for details. Check later for exact dates.
