Michigan State University (MSU) is among the coveted research universities in the globe. Founded in 1855, it was initially called the Agricultural College of the State of Michigan and went through a series of title changes till 1964 when its current name was proposed. It was the first to have courses on telecommunication, hospitality, supply chain management and packaging.
