The goals for this year's summit are to: (1)    Educate attendees about current research, evidence-based practices, policy and the law. (2)    Educate attendees about the connection between investments in evidence-based programs, policies and practices that effect well-being and the long-term benefits for the individual and the State. Yellowcard is a pop-punk band from Jacksonville, Flordia that recieved widespread recoginition for its 2004 song "Ocean Avenue." A fixture of the emo genre, as well as the post-hardcore scene, Yellowcard has managed to play the nationally touring Vans World Tour several times, bolstering its popularity amongst the touring festival's audience. Though it took a hiatus in 2008, the group retured two years later in 2010 and released its seventh studio album, When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes, in 2011.
