The Emery Theatre known to be one of the most acoustically pure symphony halls was revived in 2011 after more than a decade of neglect. It was home to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and since then the hall has staged performances of artists like Igor Stravinsky, Anna Pavlova and Vaclav Nijinsky. Although today its capacity has been reduced from 2211 to 1600, it is the quality of its acoustics (often compared to that of the Carnegie Hall
in New York) that has attracted a number of contemporary performers from across the world. One of the best concert halls you would come across in the country, a number of class acts await you at The Emery Theatre. Visit their website for more information.
