Though several circus companies have decided to modernize and update their shows with high-tech flourishes and cutting edge special effects, the Shrine Circus has chosen to stay true to its roots with a show fashioned in the same vein as its performances from the early 20th Century. Featuring all the classic circus fare from wacky clowns to daredevil tightrope walkers, the company hosts productions suited for all ages. Think Floyd

Burlington, IA 52601
The first Pink Floyd tribute band to emerge out of the UK, Think Floyd was formed in London in 1994 by Tony Red, Paul Whisker, Pete Mizen and Brian Duell. The four musicians and Pink Floyd fans had been playing the pub circuit in London after someone requested a Pink Floyd song. They took the suggestion and ran with it, deciding to band together as Think Floyd to pay tribute to the legendary psychedelic rock group. By 1997, the band grew restless and decided it was time to write its own material, inspired by the writing of Roger Waters, Syd Barrett, David Gilmour, Rick Wright and Nick Mason. Think Floyd released its album Hope in 1997, followed by Beyond Boundaries in 2000.
