Chef Paul's brings Cajun comfort food to the Cool Springs Galleria shopping area. With a strip mall location, this Cajun spot is casual and comfortable, if a little sparse. The food is tasty, but not super spicy, like at some Cajun restaurants. Chef Paul's offers traditional Cajun favorites at very affordable prices, and gives guests delicious complimentary hush puppies while they wait for their food to arrive. Chef Paul's is the perfect place to stop in for some good gumbo, red beans and rice, a po boy, or some crawfish etoufee after a long day of shopping. If you're not in the mood for straight-up Cajun, Chef Paul's also offers a great selection of beefed-up burgers. The spinach and artichoke burger and the poblano burger are both well worth the visit. -Lynn-nore Chittom
