English drummer Carl Palmer is one of rock n' roll's most legendary. Having performed with The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, Atomic Rooster as well as the forward thinking progressive rock band Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Carl Palmer now tours the world with his own eponymous band. Live shows consist of epic Palmer drum solos, and extraordinarily complex rhythms.
Real Friends is a Chicago-based outfit that bridges melodic pop with punk rock. Formed in 2010, the group dropped its debut EP This is Honestly, in 2011, and quickly captured a following with its pop punk hooks. With each subsequent release, from 2012's Three Songs About the Past Year of My Life and the 2013 EP Put Yourself Back Together, Real Friends has tapped deeper into the minds of listeners who came of age during the early 2000s era of emo music.
