The building in which Preservation Hall Restaurant is located dates back to the early 20th century. While the classic charm of the building has been retained with the open-brick walls and original infrastructure, the restaurant has been given a slightly modern twist with vintage black-and-white posters on the wall and colored lights. Located within the beautiful Stanford Inn, the Tea Room offers a setting as charming as the inn itself. A fresh white color-scheme envelopes you as you enter the intimate room. Mellow floral motif wallpaper and a pretty little chandelier in the center gives a very Victorian charm to the room. The tables, sporting white and floral-print linen, with fresh flowers on each adds to the feel. Choose from an extensive selection of teas with worldly influences ranging from England to China and Sri Lanka. From the classic Jasmine and Duchess Grey to the more flamboyant Lemon Rooibos and Mango, the selection has something for everyone.
