It offers alternate menus that are tailored to make their international guests feel like they are at home. The breakfast menu is upscale with omelets, breads and meats. The lunch menu offers a long list of fresh sushi and salads, sandwiches and burgers. The dinner menu brings out the more exotic: curries from several countries, Colorado lamb and ahi tuna steak. The décor is contemporary, feminine and stylish with cool neutrals and contemporary lines. -Lottie Tagupa

Tucked away in a corner on the main casino floor, this resort restaurant is the perfect place to gather with friends and escape from all the activity at the dazzling Aria Resort and Casino. The décor is modern and clean done in warm woods and sleek modern lines. The menu is Pan Asian and offers everything from Singaporean noodles to fried rice, but for the most part, the dishes are Americanized with flavors marginalized and toned down. However, this restaurant does well when it comes to American dishes with Asian accents such as steaks, seafood and chicken along with popular simple dishes like papaya salad and satay. -Lottie Tagupa
As glorious and inviting as everything is at this sumptuous and stylish resort casino, the Aria would be much less exciting if it didn't have an equally sumptuous buffet to match. Relegated to a second floor location, it is within earshot of the Elvis Theatre and just steps from the convention facilities. The setting is contemporary, bright and spacious with high ceilings, functional but stylish furniture and a spread that is expansive and glorious. There are many buffet standards like shrimp cocktails and pasta, but it's the crab legs and salad bar that delight most. The crab legs are sweet, tender and ever ready while the sumptuous salad bar provides guiltless satisfaction. -Lottie Tagupa
