The hall has the fountain called 'The Rose Maiden Fountain' that welcomes the visitors as they step in. The hall operates as a municipal building and the halls within are used to conduct official events and meetings. The place is open to the visitors for a few hours regularly and the entry is free. »Atlantic Ocean Road

The Atlantic Ocean Road or the Atlanterhavsveien, in Norwegian, is one of the most iconic roads in Norway. Featuring a splendidly winding path overlooking the Atlantic ocean on both the sides, it is a part of one of the most photogenic landscapes in the country. Originally planned for a railway route which was never built, the Atlantic Road was established between 1983-89, after overcoming some twelve impeding hurricanes! A National Cultural Heritage sight and a thriving tourist attraction, the road curling over deep blue ocean with strong waves thrashing all around it looks right out of an intense painting.
