From JFK: Take I-68 North to exit 10 Grand Central Parkway. Take exit 10E onto Long Island Expressway. Go through the Midtown Tunnel into Manhattan. Take ramp towards 38-40th Street. Turn left on 37th Street, then right on 3rd Avenue. Turn left on 42nd Street then right on 6th Ave. Turn left on 45th St, then left on 9th Ave, then turn left on 44th Street. From LaGuardia take Grand Central Parkway West. Exit I-278, the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Exit onto 495 West and go through Midtown Tunnel. Take ramp towards 38-40th Street. Turn left on 37th Street, then right on 3rd Avenue. Turn left on 42nd Street then right on 6th Ave. Turn left on 45th St, then left on 9th Ave, then turn left on 44th Street.
