Born to Bend is the first exhibit from the PAFA's Sculpture Plinth Exhibition Program. This program embraces modern art, which in this case is very visual and flashy. One of the artists in the exhibit, Brian Donnelly, better known as KAWS, is an American artist who creates pop-art sculptures. His 42-inch-high, painted aluminum sculpture is featured on the front plinth of the museum.

New Jersey and Philadelphia-based Man Overboard is a pop punk band who takes takes no shame in in their chosen genre. Named after the Blink-182 song of the same name, Man Overboard is inspired in large part by that era in American pop music, influenced by bands like Taking Back Sunday and Saves the Day. The group writes extremely tight, hook-centric music that relies heavily on the power of pop to transcend and rejoice in the span of just a few seconds.
Based on Charles Dickens' perennial classic novel of the same title, A Christmas Carol has become an iconic Christmas season tradition on stages all around he world. The story follows an ill-mannered miser, Ebenezer Scrooge, who is convinced to change his ways after three ghosts from Christmases past, present and future visit him on Christmas Eve. Many critically-acclaimed stage adaptations of Dickens' tale exist, including a monodrama adapted and performed by world-renowned actor Patrick Stewart and a musical.
Based on the book series and the 1964 Disney film of the same name, Mary Poppins the musical tells the story of the extraordinary English nanny who cares for the children at number 17 Cherry Tree Lane. With gravity-defying tea parties and inanimate objects coming to life, the show follows Mary Poppins as she teaches the children lessons for life and puts their family back together with favorite songs like "A Spoonful of Sugar," "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" and "Let's Go Fly a Kite."
