M&D Productions is a unique Theatre company in that they offer you more than just a good show. All shows are done as fundraisers for local Non-Profits and 100% of the net proceeds go right back into the community. They preserve the true meaning of a community theatre by never hiring outside actors or vendors.
Since 1983 Arts Jubilee has been bringing exciting, world-class musical entertainment to the residents and visitors of the Mt. Washington Valley. Concerts are open to the public and are designed for enjoyment by the entire family. Featuring a summer concert series.
When you step into the 400 seat theatre on Main Street in Conway Village, you feel as though you're stepping back in time. The appeal of the 1936 Art Deco design combined with the original velvet curtain draping the stage creates an excitement as the curtain draws and the lights start to dim.
The former Northwest Mississippi Theater Guild, Kudzu Playhouse takes "pride in producing high-quality dramatic entertainment using local talent." Classes are offered and its programs for children have developed into Kidzu.
A premier venue for a variety of cultural programs, the Stone Mountain Arts Center, known locally as SMAC, is where all the action happens in Brownfield. On its stage have performed numeorus local as well as national bands and artists, including names like Bela Fleck and Marty Stuart. The atmosphere is charged with a palpable energy, exuded by the hundreds of music fans who head here to see their favorite artists perform.
