»Nonna's Euro-American Ristorante & Bar

Located in a historic warehouse, this gift shop-cum bakery and restaurant is an example of how to use all your space. The restaurant started as the Painted Door Gallery, (a gift shop that still functions today on the premises) and then it became part-bakery/bar and finally a casual dining establishment. Though this is not the original location, the owners use their 22,000 square feet wisely with three different floors in which to dine. The menu features classic American comfort food despite the Italian name for 'grandma' on the marquee; some of the items include an impressive Prime Rib, a perfectly Pan-seared Halibut entree and the amazing Angus Burger served with Tabasco marinated fried onions. The place even grows its own herbs and vegetables from its own greenhouse, Cedar Springs Farms. It is no wonder that this place consistently garners rave reviews from locals as well as tourists.
