»Rawson Music

Established in 1963, Rawson Music is a dream for anyone who's ever enjoyed playing an instrument. Billed as the oldest guitar store in the OKC metro area, the shop mainly caters to the rhythm section, with a wide selection of acoustic/electric guitars and bass, keyboards and drum sets. There's also a bluegrass section with banjos and mandolins, along with amps and other sound tools. The shop also offers lessons for the guitar, keyboard and bass, as well recording services. Please note that they are closed on Sundays.

A visit to this place is a real treat for the kid in all of us. More than 4,000 square feet, 1,500 of which is open space for gamers to use, are stocked with skill-sharpening, wit-challenging games. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as they are game fans themselves. The store also hosts weekly gaming competitions: from Pokemon, Magic: the Gathering and Dragonball Z card games to more traditional role-playing, board games and Mah Jongg. There is also has a second store in Edmond, located at Danforth & Kelly.
