»Passage de Pondichéry

Ignace and Della have been grocers for 30 years at Passage Brady in the 10th arrondissement. When it came along, they took the opportunity to buy the shop right in front of their store, and opened a restaurant called Passage de Pondichéry: they offer their customers an introduction to the cuisine of South India, often vegetarian and mainly much spicier than that of the North. They thought about every detail in the decor: for example, there is a splendid ceiling painted by hand, a wooden roof and niches lit by stained glass windows. You will discover Indian gastronomy, thanks to all the different dishes, and have the opportunity to talk with Ignace who loves to discuss Indian culture and cuisine.

»Paris New York

Paris New York joins the bandwagon of eateries on the city's dining scape that advocate the gourmet burger trend. Re-inventing the timeless American classic, on offer are a limited selection of varieties that pride themselves on being large and loaded with flavor. Make a choice from the likes of vintage double cheese, morning California or smoky blue to complement an impressive list of German and Belgian brews, wine or their signature espresso. Their meats stand out for being cooked over open flames and their fries are handcrafted. Spread over two floors, the contemporary decor, unrefined walls and wooden accents lend a laid-back vibe.

50 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis
Paris, 75010

Femininity is Julien's self-proclaimed theme; accents of which are illustrated in the Art Nouveau decor for which it is an official historic monument. Trézel’s remarkable artwork - four bejeweled ladies symbolizing the seasons - graces the walls of the magnificent brasserie. The intricately-carved ceiling and glass-stained roof magically reflect on the grand mirrors. The cuisine features traditional French classics like Duck Foie Gras with fig and grape chutney, Sole plancha in Bearnaise sauce and Crème brûlée flambéed with Bourbon vanilla made from seasonal and fresh produce. It is a toast to art, history and gastronomy, and is justifiably a popular celebrity-favorite.
