Co-owned by chef Matt Ong and bartender Hayden Clout, Albion is an airy space with walls colored in deep hues. Three large windows allow diners to view the green courtyard outside. A much visited bistro, the well-versed staff provide an informed opinion regarding the specials, based on the visitors' taste preferences. A weekly wine menu is rotated. It has an open kitchen where the patrons can watch their food being cooked.
