The Indiana Pacers are a professional basketball team and a member of the National Basketball Association. The Pacers were founded in 1967 as part of the American Basketball Association. The Pacers won three ABA Championships before they joined the NBA in 1976. The Pacers currently compete in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference.
Art Babies is just for children 0–24 months old and their caregivers. Join us for a thirty-minute private tour of the Museum's collection designed with wiggly babies in mind, followed by play time and an opportunity to mingle with other parents and caregivers.In the October–December classes, we'll explore the European galleries and experiment with using music and sound as a way to engage babies with works of art.Only participating children require a ticket; adults do not require a ticket. The first major American exhibition to consider the French floral still life across the 19th century will premiere at the DMA in October 2014. Bouquets: French Still-Life Painting from Chardin to Matisse, co-organized by the DMA and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, will showcase approximately 60 floral still lifes from painters such as Eugène Delacroix, Gustave Courbet, Henri Fantin-Latour, Édouard Manet, and Paul Cézanne to, highlight the well-established painting genre in France during the 1800s. This exhibition will include six works from the DMA’s collection, and be accompanied by a fully illustrated color catalogue.
Get Scared is a rock band that emerged out of Layton, UT in 2008 with an alternative, post hardcore sound. After self-releasing its debut EP Cheap Tricks and Theatrics in 2009 and building a solid internet presence, the band began to collect a close-knit fan base and eventually caught the attention of Universal Motown Records. The major label released Get Scared's first studio album Best Kind of Mess, in 2011.
