Settled since 1920 on 74 hectares (183 acres) of land conveniently close to Paris, the Golf de Saint Germain is one of the most prestigious golf facilities in France. Some competitions held here are open to players who are not members of the club, and lessons are offered on the same two courses which occupy the land.
This organization offers a staggering array of activities to active individuals or groups: water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, tennis and badminton, a water slide, a walking path, windsurfing, mini-golf, bird watching, fishing, and biking are all available, along with classes and workshops in many of these skills. Barbecues are permitted and there are concession stands throughout the area which sell small plates and drinks. Large receptions may also be held on the site.

Golf de St Nom la Bretèche hosts the Vivendi Trophy, a golf tournament created in 2009 listed on the European Tour schedule. The best players from Great-Britain and Ireland compete against the best players of Continental Europe. The competition lasts four days: the first three days are dedicated to Match Play by teams of two (fourballs, greensomes, foursomes) and singles are played on the last day. The Vivendi Trophy will be held every two years, alternately with the Ryder Cup.Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche's golf is located at the West of Paris near Versailles. It is one of the most beautiful courses in Île-de-France with its 36 holes, ponds, woods and hills. It s opened to members only.

Opened in 1901, the Hippodrome de Saint-Cloud has been hosting important thoroughbred racing events for over a century, including some of the polo events in the 1924 Olympics and Group One Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud. Built by thoroughbred breeder Edmond Blanc, the racecourse is verdant and expansive. In 1992, the site was declared a historical monument by the national government. The Centre Omnisports Docteur Jean Blot has an impressive array of sports facilities. This includes an all-sports room which can accommodate around 350 people and holds practices for handball, basketball, badminton, and rock climbing on an 11-meter (36-foot) wall. There are also two soccer fields and rooms devoted to the practice of specific sports: judo, karate, aikido and yoga, boxing, table tennis, dance, and bodybuilding.
On the site of a 12th-century ecclesiastical priory which became an agricultural farm after the French Revolution and finally a haras or stud farm in 1890, the Haras de Jardy property today includes an Equestrian Center for breeding, tennis courts, and a golf course. Facilities for dressage, jumping, barrel racing, polo, racing, and any horse-related activity imaginable are available at the Haras de Jardy, along with workshops and trainings to learn about them and events where everyone can enjoy them. Horses and ponies can be rented at hourly rates for a one-time visit and classes may be taken individually or as part of a group.
The zig-zag roofed Cultural Center of Courbevoie holds performances of theater, classical music, comedy, children's entertainment, comedy, and vocalists as well as art exhibits including painting, photography, and sculpture. Classes are offered for children ages four and up in yoga, art history, gymnastics, fine arts, martial arts, theater, dance, languages, music, and design arts. The Center accommodates the elderly along with children.
