    Offering top quality equipment and service, Vallartech is a good alternative for scuba enthusiasts who want to explore the underwater world of Banderas Bay. Trips can be arrange to visit the extraordinary dive sites Vallarta has to offer including, El Chimo, El Morro, the Marietas Islands and the Corbeteña. All trips use high speed boats and include lunch; dives are usually programmed to include two sites and at least two dives. Vallartech also sells scuba gear. It is important to note that the best time to dive in Puerto Vallarta starts with the rainy season in June, and ends in December.

    The month of June marks the beginning of the summer months in Puerto Vallarta, and with it the beginning of the sea turtle season. Many varieties of sea turtles depend on Banderas Bay as a breeding ground and so in order to help with the preservation of those turtles, many hotels have started programs to protect the eggs by building nurseries. Adults and children are usually invited to participate in daily Turtle Liberation ceremonies, a fun way to celebrate the propagation of the species.
