The original Sushi Pier restaurant was ranked best sushi in the Northern Nevada and Tahoe region seven years in a row. This is an all you can eat sushi restaurant, so make sure you come hungry. The service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious at this local favorite.
This is one of those places where you can still grab a quick soda, burger and fries at a very reasonable price. A family pack of four Quarter Pound Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburgers, a basket of fries and a half gallon root beer is cheaply available.. Every Wednesday throughout the summer features "cruise night." Car fanatics, collectors and admirers converge in the parking lot from around 6pm to show off their prize possessions. This place is really buzzing during Hot August Nights.
This fine restaurant has established a reputation for great food and one of the best wine lists in town. The lighting is subdued and linen tablecloths and candles grace the dining area. The entrees consist of an amazing variety of seafood, pasta, poultry, pork and veal dishes. The Scampi Pescatore with fresh fettuccine is a superb choice. Located in Reno's Peppermill Hotel Casino is the award winning Italian restaurant- Romanza Ristorante Italiano. This restaurant is dimly lit and has a classy romantic atmosphere. Once here, just get yourself relaxed and sink in to some of the mouthwatering wood-fired specials. While enjoying your food among nude Roman statues, you can also groove to the music playing in the background.
