    South Burlington, Vermont 05403
The 1988 comedy/horror movie Killer Klowns From Outer Space was written and produced by Charles Chiodo, Edward Chiodo and Stephen Chiodo. After becoming fans of the cult film, a group of musicians from Davison, Michigan (a suburb of Flint) decided it was necessary to name their band after the Chiodos brothers--an homage of sorts. Since taking up the Chiodos name, the post-hardcore band has been busy releasing material and touring the country in search of a wide fan base.

    Stowe, VT 05672
The talented musician who performs under the moniker Taj Mahal was born Henry Saint Clair Fredericks, Jr., in New York City. He made a name for himself by blending traces of world music, specifically African and Caribbean, with defined elements of blues to create a style of music that blatantly harks back to the blues' formative days when the genre was still in its infancy. Releasing his debut album in 1968, Taj Majal has held a dutiful outlook on his music, maintaining a characteristic style that's reliant on a firm belief that the blues was and still is a predominantly African-American art form.

Dierks Bentley is a country musician living in Nashville who has managed to develop a tremendously successful career since getting his start in 2003. His sound is very much in line with the slick, rock-infused country pop that is common place on the airwaves these days--making it no surprise that he has scored 14 singles on the country charts, hitting the number one slot seven times with songs such as "What Was I Thinkin,'" "Come a Little Closer" and "Sideways." Bentley's twangy pop vocals and glossy country arrangements are synonymous with the current face of genre, ensuring his success for some time to come.

The Goo Goo Dolls are a rock pop trio from Buffalo, New York. The group was founded in 1985, but didn't break into the mainstream musical lexicon until 1997 when the band recorded the song "Iris" for the soundtrack to the film City of Angels. Though the trio was initially knocked for being an imitation of college power pop band The Replacements, The Goo Goo Dolls managed to refine its sound and make an easily accessibility style of pop-rock that has proven to be fairly commercially successful. With multiple Grammys and Billboard number one hits, The Goo Goo Dolls still make music and perform even though the band's heyday has passed.
