    The Kent-Delord House Museum is a historically-significant two-storied home in Clinton County. It was built in 1797. It is touted to be one of the oldest houses in the region of Plattsburgh and is a rectangular structure with a magnificent gable roof. The residence is also famed to be the British headquarters during the battle of Plattsburgh. The house is a local history museum replete with an enticing porch and old-fashioned chimneys to highlight a few features. The picturesque gardens are extremely well-maintained and a treat to the eyes.
