Back for an encore performance, this blues and pop musical set in 1969 is about three sisters -- an idealistic activist, a suburban housewife and a diligent professor -- who gather for the third year in a row for a funeral. Two years ago it was Mamma. Last year it was Daddy. This year it is their only brother. When they return to pack up the family home, sparks fly as they share wine, memories, dreams and secrets. During the last night in their childhood home, these three sisters determine what family means to them now. Starring Helen Hayes Award winners Bernardine Mitchell ("A Resting Place" with Morgan Freeman, "Mahalia") and Roz White ("Gee's Bend").

K.Flay is a hip-hop artist from Wilmette, Illinois who stumbled upon rapping after having a discussion about modern rap music during her freshman year at Stanford. To prove a point that most radio hits were formulaic compositions packed with simple rhymes and a fair dose of misogyny, she wrote a rap parody called "Blingity Blang Blang," and found she enjoyed the process. She continued to write songs, taking it more seriously each time, and released her debut album Suburban Rap Queen, during her junior year in 2004. With natural flow, clever wordplay and electric guitar flourishes, she captured a widespread audience that has only grown after each of her subsequent records. K.Flay dropped her debut mixtape, Mashed Potatoes, in 2009 and has since shared the stage with hip-hop heavyweights like Snoop Dogg and Ludacris.

Loosely based on real events, Memphis tells the love story of a white disc jockey named Huey Calhoun and a black singer named Felicia Farrell. Set in a segregated America in the 1950s, the musical comments on the politics of the era as the couple fights to stay together. Although Memphis debuted on Broadway in 2009, the show made its premiere in 2002 at the New Works Festival in California and was produced in theaters across the country before finally making its way to New York.
