Douglas Park is a delightful stretch of green in the heart of Langley. The park serves as a recreational zone as well as a community bonding space. The picturesque park is home to the Douglas Recreation Centre (DRC) and the Spirit Square. In 1982, a meeting house for the bowls sport team was established. The recreation center has a beautiful cherry blossom tree, welcoming guests into its premises. The Spirit Square is a stage that hosts entertaining performances. »Pitt Meadows Heritage Hall

The Pitt Meadows Heritage Hall is officially one of the few heritage structures in the city. Built in early 1930s, on the destroyed site of a charred one floor structure, the Heritage Hall building has two spacious floors. This same hall served as the location for municipal offices on the ground floor and as a large common hall on the first floor. After a refurbishment in the 1970s, the heritage hall has been preserved for tourist sightseeing and other city council purposes. The hall also has a mention on the Canadian Register of Historic Places, making it a must visit.
