Amavi Cellars is small and family owned. Their focus is on estate-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, yet they do make small amounts of other varietals. Their tasting room is a unique reconstruction of a turn-of-the-century log cabin that Partners Ray and Diana Goff saved from demolition.
Tasting Room hours during the Winter (through Jan 31) are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. From February 1st through December 9, they are open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment.
Offering the finest quality wines to its discerning clientele, the Seven Hills Winery has carved a niche for itself in the wine selling industry. The vineyards are popular across the region for producing world-class quality wines and being one of the best places to find an impressive collection. The Seven Hills Winery also hosts wine tasting tours, private tours, wine festivals and other events in its premises. Morrison Lane is a family owned and operated Estate Winery. In addition to making estate wines, Morrison Lane Vineyard has supplied fruit to local wineries since 1997. Their tasting room features Northwest Jazz and blues musicians. During January and February, the tasting room is open by appointment only. Their regular hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday holidays from noon to 6 p.m.
James Leigh Cellars was established in 2001 as a premium boutique winery primarily focused on Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah & Bordeaux style blends from the Walla Walla Valley Appellation.
Ash Hollow is a boutique winery operation which focuses on producing ultra-premium quality wines. The Tasting Room is also available by appointment after business hours and is closed on Sunday. The Ash Hollow Tasting Room also features work of various local artists.
Their downtown tasting room is available Thursday through Saturday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Barb & Lynn Irish Clark, owners of Walla Walla Village Winery, opened a tasting room in historic downtown Walla Walla in May 2004. The tasting room is located in a building that was built around 1900. The interior boasts a unique copper tile ceiling and a historic bar that was also refurbished especially for the tasting room.
Waterbrook Tasting Room & Gallery pairs premium wine with fine art. From May through September, visitors are welcome to sit in the patio area with a bottle of Waterbrook wine and enjoy live music on Thursday evenings. Stop by for a visit and sample their gourmet delights and current wine releases. Tasting Room hours are 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, excluding major holidays.
Mannina Cellars is a small, family run winery specializing in producing small lots of premium wine. Their Tasting Room is available Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Their Tasting-Room is open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Forgeron is the French word for blacksmith as their winery/tasting room was the former site of a blacksmith shop.
