»Gin Blossoms

February 27, 2015 8:00 PM

Gin Blossoms is an alternative pop/rock band from Tempe, Arizona that rose to become one of the more iconic American bands of the 1990s. Following the somewhat successful independent release of its first album Dusted in 1989, Gin Blossoms released its debut full-length studio album New Miserable Experience in 1992 to unprecedented popular and critical acclaim. The album included the now ubiquitous mid-1990s single "Hey Jealousy," which would catapult the band to international fame and recognition. Despite breaking up in 1997 to pursue individual projects, the members of Gin Blossoms reunited in 2002 and have been recording albums and performing live for audiences throughout the world ever since.
